Riches from the sea

Fangst is a new restaurant in historic surroundings on the site of Tromsø Skipsverft, today the Vervet district. The riches the sea has given us for thousands of years have supported settlement in challenging climates.

We have learned to prepare these unique ingredients through generations. Now we look forward to serving them to you and yours.
